先进入http://www.nic.cg/cgi-bin/search.pl
在这里输入你要注册的youname.cg或者.
如果注册了，就会出现ALREADY TAKEN.几个红字
没注册就出现一个叫填EMAIL的框
填入你的EMAIL
（主意，我试过了，只有以@zj.com和@china.com.cn的邮箱可以申请

然后进入下一页

IMPORTANT: not the e-mail of the registrar but the Delegated Organization’s email address, so that we may have a direct contact with them. The registrar can use the billing e-mail address BUT NOT THIS ONE. This is a cause of rejection.

OK，注册流程基本上到这就完毕了
到信箱看，有第一封系统发的信
